When we receive an order, we will validate the order and delivery will be made by courier. We intend to deliver all products within 7 days of us confirming receipt of the order, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate only and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.

We will do our best to ensure that your product reaches you in good condition but what happens during the delivery process is out of our hands. We are not liable for any damage incurred so we suggest you carefully look for any damage to your product within 12 hours of receiving it so we can make any claims necessary with the freight companies.
